I recently spent 12 hours at the Hospital for observation and tests. Out if about 13 people who interacted with me, only 2 listened when I said I am hard of hearing…so please face me when you speak. The cardiologist was the most dismissive. He literally “flicked” his wrist at me when I said I could not understand him when he was 12 feet away. (Sidenote: I am currently writing content and will launch my advocacy podcast and blog this summer. The motivation? All of our stories!)

My wheelchair turn up 3 day’s latter with the wheel’s in no fit state to use it was a lightweight chair in a bag wrote all over it this is a lite weight wheelchair you could not miss it.
